Vanilla Cream SOSA


500 g Milk 65 g Sugar 2 NOROHY vanilla bean 30 g SOSA Promochi (Kudzu) 75 g DULCEY 32% CHOCOLATE

Mix the Promochi and milk while cold. Heat, then infuse the split and scored vanilla beans.
Bring to a simmering boil. Add the chocolate, then mix using an immersion blender to obtain a silky texture.
Immediately pour the mixture out into glasses or other containers.
