750 g Eau
80 g Sucre
50 g Dextrose
100 g Procrema 100 Froid/chaude Naturel
250 g Pure pâte de cacahuètes
20 g Glycérine
3 g Sel
Mixer tous les ingrédients une minute. Laisser maturer au a 4ºC pendant 6h. Puis turbiner. Conserver à-15°.
