450 g Lychee juice
50 g Glucose DE 38/40
35 g SOSA Gelcrem Cold
Warm up the glucose and a small portion of the lychee juice in a microwave.
Mix all the ingredients together using an immersion blender.
Leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and use immediately.
